Making Cinnamon Wish/spell disk

Pagans and Witches alike have been making these lovely smelling wish/spell disk for many, many years and using them is simple, once you make some you will fall in love with the scent and magic of the (spell disk) you can use them in magic and hang them around your home for that lovely scent, give them as gifts and it’s a good craft that the wee Witchlets can help with! You just need a few things to start,
What you will need:
Ground cinnamon
Unsweetened applesauce
Rolling pin
Cookie cutters
Making:
Mix Unsweetened applesauce and Ground cinnamon to form a thick dough, sprinkle Ground cinnamon onto counter ( this will keep it from sticking ) and roll out to about a quarter inch thick and cut with your cookie cutters ( you may want to use something to poke a hole for hanging) ,,now place your spell disk onto a wire rack to dry ( I have found that mine dry faster on top of the refg its warm up there ) but anyplace warm and dry will do ( if you do not have a wire rack use a cookie sheet but it will take longer to dry and you will need to turn them ) in about a week your spell disk are ready to use .
Using your spell disk:
You can make a wish and toss them into a fire for Sabbaths or if using for spell work you will need to scratch you needs on the disk and then crumble into the fire in your cauldron your spell/wish is carried on the smoke.
