Ingredients

3 ripe avocados
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp salt
1 small red onion, finely diced
3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
2 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tsp minced garlic
1 jalapeno, finely diced

Cut avocados in half and throw out seeds except one.
spoon out avocado flesh into a bowl and add in lime juice and salt.
Gently combine with a fork, not over mashing.
Fold in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, garlic, and jalapeno.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve.
